David practises only in civil law and principally in commercial/general business litigation and employment cases. In the former, his work includes civil fraud, misrepresentation and the other commercial torts, partnership and company law and professional negligence. He is instructed on behalf of both claimants and defendants in the Chancery Division, Companies Court and Queen’s Bench Division. David is also an Accredited Commercial Mediator.

In his employment practice, David specialises particularly in cases relating to senior executive restrictive covenants and breach of confidence. He appears regularly in the Employment Tribunal, EAT and CA dealing with all areas of employment and discrimination law especially race, sex and disability discrimination and TUPE.
