Craig practises exclusively in the field of family law. Within that area he has quickly developed a high-profile practice specialising in public law care proceedings. He also practises in ancillary relief and complex private law cases. He appears on behalf of local authorities, parents and guardians.
Craig is particularly sought after in complex cases requiring forceful advocacy. He is experienced in a wide variety of High Court and/or Court of Appeal cases including, for example, cases involving: extremely serious non-accidental injuries/attempted murder of the subject child; fabricated illness; sexual abuse/rape; ritualistic abuse; terminally ill subject children and murder of one parent by the other. He also has particular expertise in cases including a complex international element.
