Overview


Nigel is a criminal practioner with extensive experience of both prosecuting and especially defending serious criminal cases. He appears mostly at the Central Criminal Court in cases of murder.

Nigel has particular expertise in gang related joint enterprise cases. His other criminal work includes heavy drugs cases and terrorism. He was recently instructed for the defence in cases arising from the investigation into News International. Nigel also has expertise in medical issues.

He has appeared overseas in Bermuda and advised on criminal issues in Jersey. Nigel speaks fluent French and studied French law at both under graduate and graduate levels.
