On the evening of Wednesday 11th January, our members hosted a very successful lightening moot organised by BPTC students at the University of Law.
Despite a fiendishly difficult moot question set by Adam Weitzman QC, and a short period for preparation, competitors engaged with a range of complex legal issues and the standard of discussion was very impressive.
7BR’s members Steven Ford QC, David Farrer QC and Adam Clemens acted as judges at the moot. Following a testing debate our members offered students constructive feedback on their advocacy.
Congratulations to all finalists for their exceptional display of advocacy.
