At the time of her death Tallulah was an outpatient at the Tavistock clinic in North London being treated for clinical depression. Prior to her death she had become involved in accessing self-harm and suicide related blogs online. The inquest explored her relationship with the internet and her mental health issues and treatment. It raised important issues regarding the relationship between young persons and the internet, and has received significant nationwide press attention.
