Timothy Spencer QC and Gordon Aspen successfully prosecute pair guilty of killing Leicester solicitor Vina Patel

A solicitor was jailed for life for hiring a hitman to murder his business partner, Vina Patel, at Nottingham Crown Court.

Timothy Spencer QC and Gordon Aspden successfully prosecuted John Cort and Brian Farrell who were both jailed for a minimum of 29 and 27 years respectively.
