Hugh Preston interviewed as leading expert on PIP breast implant litigation

Hugh Preston is currently acting for seven solicitors firms each representing groups of PIP breast implant claimants, seeking damages from private clinics, alleging that substandard implants were provided.  The litigation in which Hugh is involved is leading the way in this controversy, proceedings having been served in the High Court last year against 13 defendants.
