Nicholas Cropp contributes to Bribery Act Symposium in the Criminal Law Review

Nicholas Cropp was one of several prominent contributors to an extensive symposium on the Bribery Act 2010 in the latest edition of the Criminal Law Review, along with Professor GR Sullivan (Faculty of Laws, University College London), Stephen Gentle (Partner, Kingsley Napley) and Charlie Monteith (Head of Assurance at the Serious Fraud Office and lead drafter of the Attorney-General's guidelines on the 2010 Act).  Nicholas's article focused on a critical comparison between the 2010 Act and its US counterpart, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.  His piece can be found in the Criminal Law Review, Issue 2, 2011 at page 122.
