Rosalind Coe QC  negotiates compensation deal for 163 Claimants against Manchester City Council

Rosalind Coe QC acted on behalf of 163 Claimants claiming damages against Manchester City Council for sexual and physical abuse in children's homes spanning 4 decades.  An agreement has now been reached whereby they will receive compensation.

Rosalind also represented the Claimants in the previous group action against Manchester City Council in which 168 other victims were awarded damages totalling in excess of £2M.
