Judicial Review & Inquiries

Members of Chambers have experience in all aspects of administrative law and judicial review. This extends across all areas of chambers practice.

Members also have wide experience of Coronial Law, with some members sitting as Assistant  Deputy Coroners.  We represent bereaved families or  interested parties in Article 2 Inquests where challenges concerning actions of servants of the state arise.

A significant number of the team have been involved in Public Inquiries, acting either as Counsel to the Inquiry, on behalf of salmon or warning letter recipients, or on behalf of core participants.
