James is a civil and criminal practitioner who specialises in most of Chamber’s core areas of strength. His background of conducting criminal trials in the Crown Court has given him invaluable forensic and advocacy skills that assist in all his areas of work. His civil practice takes him to the County Court and the High Court in cases involving clinical negligence, personal injury, children’s proceedings and public law matters. He also appears at inquests.
