David is a former tutor in public law at the London School of Economics and Political Science (‘LSE’).
He has advised the Attorney General for Jersey, the Jersey police and a law firm in Jersey on public law and constitutional issues, particularly in the areas of mutual legal assistance, extradition, prisoner transfers and wider statutory and common law powers.
David’s clients in the Administrative Court have included the Attorney General for Jersey and the Chief Crown Prosecutor for Cambridgeshire.
